There are several things that you should consider before ordering accessories, apparel or aftermarket parts online:

  • All items available in the following catalogs are manufacturer accessories or aftermarket parts. If you are looking for OEM parts, visit our OEM Parts Fiche
  • You are responsible for what you order! If you aren't sure that you have the right part, please do not order it. Our Parts staff is happy to assist you in making the correct decision if you are unsure.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order, and be accompanied by an original sales receipt. See policies for complete return guidelines
  • Not all items are available, if an item is not in-stock it will be automatically special ordered.
  • Cancellation of SPECIAL ORDER items, after the order has been processed, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. See policies for complete special order guidelines
  • The Online department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • Carl's Cycle Sales ships via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous United States and USPS Express Mail for all Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. (weight, size and value restrictions apply)
  • Carl's Cycle Sales will not ship to a P.O. box.
  • Please make sure all of your contact information is correct before you submit an order. Carl's Cycle Sales is not responsible for mistakes made on the order form.
